To book an appointment at the Reinfinity.AI Clinic, simply schedule your visit online through the clinic’s website or any partnered portal. Once your booking is complete, you will receive an instant confirmation email containing your appointment number. Upon arrival, present a valid photo ID along with your confirmation email at the 24-hour reception desk to obtain your consultation badge. Check-in hours are from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm on weekdays and from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm on weekends. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged upon request, though a nominal service fee may apply. For in-person visits, payment may be made at the reception desk using cash, debit, or credit card, with no prepayment required unless a surgical procedure or advanced imaging is scheduled. After your consultation or treatment, you’re welcome to relax in the wellness lounge or schedule your next appointment directly at the reception.

Cancel or modify up to 24 hrs before the scheduled start – no penalty. Up to 48 hrs before the scheduled appointment – No penalty; appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge.
